Do I need to be at home when thebedmakers visit?

We can arrange to visit when you are at home or when your regular cleaning staff are on duty. Alternatively, you can provide us with a set of house keys so we can come and go without disturbing you.

thebedmakers' staff are trustworthy, reliable and fully vetted and you can be confident that we will treat your home and belongings with respect and care.

Will my laundry be washed separately or mixed with other customers'?

We wash all of our customers laundry separately to ensure the highest possible standards of care and hygiene.

Do the bedmakers offer other dry cleaning or laundry services as well as bed changing?

How do I pay for thebedmakers' services?

You will receive a fortnightly itemized bill which is payable directly online. Alternatively you can send us a cheque or leave it for our staff to collect with your next laundry load.

Are there any forms to fill in each week?

No. We said it's a hassle-free service and we mean it! All you need to do is pop your unsorted washing, shirts and dry cleaning into the separate line bags provided and leave the rest to us.

Do I need to use the bed changing service?

No. We offer a range of laundry services and are happy to customize any combination to meet your needs. We do have a minimum order level of £15.00 per visit, however, in order to justify our delivery and staffing costs.

Yes. Both our home visit and laundry services are fully insured

What hours do you deliver?

thebedmakers aims to provide the most flexible service possible. Our core hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm but we will always try to accommodate our customers' needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How often do you visit?

We offer services at the frequency that best meets your needs. Whether this means twice a week or once a fortnight, we can accommodate you – simply contact us to discuss your preferences.

How long does the bed changing service take?

We estimate the service takes approximately 15 minutes per bed.

Do you provide bed linen or do I?

We have found that our customers prefer to use their own bed linen. Let us know if you would prefer us to provide linen and we will consider offering this as a service in the future.

I have a lot of visitors. Sometimes I have one bed to change and sometimes I have three! Can you accommodate this?

Of course. Our service is fully customized and flexible to accommodate our customers' busy lives! Simply email us with your request the week before or leave a note on collection.

I want my sheets washing once per week but I need my shirts washed and pressed in 3 days ‘ can you handle this?

No problem. We can arrange to return your laundry at a separate time. Simply explain your requirements to your account director or email us .
