When you first enroll with thebedmakers , one of our directors will arrange an introductory visit to discuss your requirements. At this stage we will provide you with a set of personalised white cotton laundry bags and a starter pack outlining the service packages you require and agreeing other details, such as the number of beds to be changed/ frequency of visits/ access arrangements/ visit timings/ days etc.

Dry Cleaning Service:

• Simply leave any items for dry cleaning ready in the separate laundry bag provided, or hand over the bag at your door at a convenient time.
• We will collect it, professionally dry clean and return on our next visit, or at a time when convenient for you. Our dry cleaners have extensive experience and use only the latest technology.
• For a minimal initial extra charge, we will even supply your dry-cleaned items on luxury wooden hangers which can be recycled by placing them in the laundry bags at pick-up time. No more awful wire hangers!

General Laundry Service:

• You simply need to leave your dirty laundry in the personalised cotton laundry bag provided - there is no need to sort through or separate into categories.
• We will collect, wash and dry the laundry and return it to you folded on our next visit.

Shirt Wash & Press Service:

• Please leave the shirts in the laundry bag provided and we will return them clean, pressed and hung up on our next visit. We can even return your shirts on luxury wooden hangers.

Bed Changing Service:

• On our first visit we request that you leave spare clean bed linen out so we can use it to make up your bed once we have removed the used sheets.
• For ongoing visits, we will return your clean sheets and replace the used ones, taking them away for cleaning and pressing.

Payment:

• Each customer has an account created and we will send you an fortnightly or monthly itemised bill payable online or by cheque.
• You can register your card details with us for automatic payment, or telephone us for an individual transaction. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay in cash if preferred.
